Early-school Education in the English Language

Educating children is my greatest passion. Thanks to research in the fields of psychology and neurology, we now know that the brain learns all the time. Carol Dweck formulated the Growth Mindset theory, which pays attention to our attitudes towards the learning process. In my work, I focus precisely on creating a favorable environment, equipping children with tools, clearly defining the steps to achieve a goal, and the social nature of learning. I strive to make every student believe that all doors are open to them. My classes are not quiet; I encourage discussion on the board, with a partner, in groups, and allow time for this. Another priority in my work is the well-being and mental health of students. From the beginning, we focus on recognizing, naming and respecting our own feelings. We learn to name, communicate our own needs and approach the problem-solving process together. J. Faber has a whole range of tested strategies when it comes to dialogue with a child. In communicating with my 3-year-old son, she is an invaluable help to me. I am a graduate of the College of Languages at the University of Warsaw, University of Westminster in London and I have a QTS (teaching qualification from the UK). My many years of work experience have been gained in London. Privately, I am a lover of cycling and being outdoors. I am close to various sports, especially volleyball, skiing and table tennis.
