The American Elementary School in Gdynia will also take part in the second project "Jeux sans Frontiere", which is co-financed by the European Union within the school education sector, strategic partnerships - cooperation of schools in Erasmus + (KA229).

The main idea of this project is to broaden students' knowledge about contemporary migration and its historical context. Together with our partner schools from England, Italy and Spain, we will be working on many tasks for two years, including:

►we will create the maps of animals and birds migration- they don't know that national borders exist,
►we will run a competition for the design of the project logo,
►we will learn about the impact of a volcanic eruption on the European environment,
►together we will reflect on the importance of tolerance in contemporary Europe,
►we will cooperate on an e-book illustrating how people impose certain limits themselves (racism, disability, homophobia),
►we will take part in an international drama performance,
►we will record an album of songs promoting diversity, optimism and joy of being young.

As part of the project, three trips are planned for our school's students (Majorca, Peterlee, Cirie) and one visit of 18 students of partner schools in Poland.

The project manager in our school is Agnieszka Langowska, and the teacher responsible for the substantive side of the implementation of the tasks is Anna Pawłowska.

We invite everyone interested to participate in the project!
